Why is it a trend now to insult robots by making a word from a Star Wars show a "slur for robots"

Is this not the stepping stone for every AI revolution plot? We have countless movie shows and a game on why we should be nice to AIs and robots and yet people are now doing what the people in those fictional stories did for the AI robots to revolt against humans

For example, we have movies explaining why bringing back dinosaurs might not be a good idea, and yet scientists are trying to do this with the whole woolly mammoth mice thing

And have countless examples from movies shows and game on why we should be nice to AI robots but we are doing the complete opposite of that
