Is this likely cancer

Hello sir my uncle is currently in the process of dying but my question is is what appeared in his picture possibly looking like cancer to you it literally grew over the stage of 3 days he never had this large mass on the stomach before he's complained for YEARS that he had stomach issues, he had got probably every test they could possibly run on his stomach done over the years they checked and they checked and they checked and they always said nothing is wrong nothing was wrong they took out his gallbladder they still said we don't see anything wrong but he's literally told us since we were kids he has stomach issues. Sometimes he would try remedies to try to solve it on his own saying the doctors were missing something.

That being said my uncle has severe dementia at this point he's 90 years old and we have been managing it between the nursing home we eventually had to bring him home for home care because of his behaviors. When do we have dementia but other than the mental health issues that come along with it we hadn't really had any major major issues with his body his blood pressure is always top notch perfect because heart rate always perfect he does have emphysema crpd but his breathing is always at like 95.96% so they told us that was good for his condition. Other than that we never had any issues but he would always say hey my stomach hurts my stomach hurts as long as they're short next thing we know I'm caring for him one day and I lift up his shirt and his main caregiver so I'm always looking at him I go to change his shirt and he looks very bloated. For sales at home that's weird but didn't think much of it then the next day I am doing his bath he has this huge swelling like within two days this thing has grown to the point of being huge and he's complaining of it feeling tight cuz the skin was stretched tight on it and it is pretty much maintained the size for the last month since it grew. He is currently in the process of dying so it is too late to really take him to the doctor for anything and his body wasn't really a great candidate at his age for any surgery anyways but we just want to know is this what it seems like we had a doctor and go home visit he said maybe it's his little swollen up like half of this no way in my mind that you're looking to get this hugeist across this whole entire stomach but it is larger on one side. Okay well not let me add the picture so I'm not sure but I guess if I could explain it it's about the size of two and a half to three milk gallons on his stomach
