What masters to choose - MBA healthcare management or MSc in occupational therapy.

Hey there I have completed my bachelors in occupational therapy . I want to switch my career to more in management . I am thinking of doing an mba health management from abroad . I want to settle in Middle East but I have heard doing masters from there isn’t that valuable , graduates from UK or Europe Or USA are given more value . I am so so confused . Please suggest me something Should I go with mba or mot
