Steering wheel call buttons not working

I went to grease monkey for an oil change and ever since, my steering wheel phone controls are not working. Volume and changing tracks work just fine, but I can't use the call button to initiate or end a call which takes away one of the most crucial parts of hands free driving. It's so annoying. Any help would be awesome. I'm don't think they disconnected the battery since the time was still correct.
