URGENT HELP: I got scammed after using an AIRLINE App

I never experience credit card scams. I am always very careful in verifying if the website is secure whenever I do online payments. With this card specifically, I never used it on any online transactions and used only with swipe or tap transactions in person. BUT SUDDENLY after using the card on an AIRLINE APP, I got a barrage of notifications regarding a transaction I made online.

Why did I use it in the AIRLINE APP? I needed to rebook a flight but the website was too slow so I used the OFFICIAL APP to rebook the flight and pay for the rebooking fee.

HOW MUCH DID I LOSE? I counted and I lost about PHP 78,000 ;-; I already filed a case for this but this really made me lose confidence with its financial institution. After this case has been solved, I will definitely close my credit card account with this bank (+ NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH THIS AIRLINE APP)

What other advice do you guys have for a first timer when it comes to CC scams?
