Best mods for vanilla CK3?

For ages I’ve been playing solely Princes of Darkness CK3 after I was put off CK3 at launch (coming from CK2 to CK3 was confusing and frustrating at launch). I’ve finally decided I should give normal CK3 another chance, maybe try and re-enact my CK2 Viking conquest of Egypt. Other than RICE (which I already know about and love) what mods would you recommend? Graphical, gameplay, events, please suggest away!

Also, are there any mods similar to Mythos for CK2?
