What is the cost of living in Varanasi for a single female?

Banaras mein for decent middle class living conditions matlab bahot lavish bhi nahi par decent neighborhood vaale place pe 1 BHK apartment ka kitna rent aayega? plus baaki utilities (electricity+food+internet+trnasportation)? It doesn't have to be near BHU, more like ek general estimate chahiye overall.
