Can you teach English in Japan or South Korea without a Bachelors Degree?

I am really interested in living in Japan and South Korea for a few months and would love to teach English in schools. I’m good at teaching as people often tell me I’m good at explaining things and that I’m a very patient teacher, so I thought this would be great.

I unfortunately don’t have a bachelors degree and have been working in local government for 2.5 years now.

I saw that most places need a bachelors degree. Is there a way around it or should I let this go?
