Rookie draft tonight 1.1, 2.1, and 2.9 in 12 man league

Need a little advice on 2.1. Jeanty 1.1 obviously, but would you guys consider reaching for Tuten at 2.1? I have a strong feeling he won't fall to me at 2.9. Other options could be Higgins or Burden, which I think I'm leaning more Higgins. If I take higgins, I'd try to take Ollie Gordon or Bill 2.9. ( I know for a fact Tuten will go before 2.9 in our league )
