Property management company recs

My grandma owns a townhome in west Fort Collins, and she is getting ready to move into independent living. I’m going to try and help her rent her townhome out.

Does anyone have any recommendations for property management companies to assist with tenant finding, etc? My grandma understandably would prefer not to rent to undergrad students, so maybe a company that works with older clientele?

Thank you!
