Sudden nauseau/vomiting

I've been taking 5mg Zepbound for 2 months now and I take my shot on Sundays without incident. I haven't had any big side effects until yesterday afternoon, I got a gnarly headache and upset tummy and ended up throwing up all of the day priors and yesterday's food. Today it still feels upset and I haven't eaten anything yet as nothing sounds good. But im trying to determine if I just got a stomach bug or if this is actually a side effect? Has anyone had sudden onset of nausea/vomiting like this? Luckily I only threw up once
