Insight would be helpful.

Before surgery, fully clothed, I weighed 116 pounds. I get out of surgery and my scale says 121 when I was 2 days post op. What caused this rapid weight gain? I am swollen in the abdomen area like a small baby is growing inside me. I just don't get it. No way did I eat enough for that increase
