ACCA vs 4-Year Degree in Information Systems — Need Advice (Help needed)

Off-topic

Hey everyone, I’m at a crossroads and would love some input.

On one side, I have ACCA — it’s well-known in accounting/finance and gives a stable path, but it feels very specialized and kind of limiting. Plus, I’ve heard the market is crowded and it doesn’t carry much value outside the UK, Pakistan, and the Gulf.

On the other side, there’s a 4-year degree in Information Systems — a mix of business and technology. From what I understand, it’s broader, opens doors in consulting, IT management, systems analysis, and even finance+tech roles. Seems like it could offer more international opportunities and flexibility.

What I’m really aiming for is good career growth, flexibility, and the option to work abroad long-term.
