Cheaper HEPA Purifier for Drywall/Wood/Standard Dust

I'm currently renting and have had some significant repairs/demo work done with no precautions done to mitigate air quality/dust accumulation on all surfaces. Already have some microfiber cloths on hand for the initial wipe down.

Desperately looking for a cost-effective purifier ($150-250) that will not only assuage my concerns in the present but something I can rely on to improve my long-term health as well. It's been difficult combing through purifier listings and not knowing exactly what to believe. Anyone got any opinions for this type of situation that doesn't involve an extensive DIY solution or draining all my funds? Thanks in advance!
