A bit worried about I-94

I am currently finishing up my bachelor’s degree and set to graduate spring 2026, and I’m going to be applying for a PhD to start hopefully summer 2026 or fall 2026. How do you guys think it would like affect me transferring my SEVIS record and all and starting my PhD without leaving the country.
