ISO bra with padding but not push up

I need recommendations for a bra that has padding but isnt pne of the gigantic push up bras. TLDR my nipples are stupid sensitive and i can feel EVERYTHING through a bra and it makes me extremely irritated. Was recommended Yvette Sports Bra from amazon but i just recieved it and theres barely any padding.....i can still feel everything. I literally wear double bras to help stop feeling anything. Please help.
