Package taking so long to deliver to Johor, Malaysia

So as the title says I ordered a shein package on the 20th of August it said 2-5 business days and I haven't received it until now. It has been showing "package has arrived at the destination and is being processed expedited, please be patient" for almost a week now is this normal???
