Greenhouse over-winter grow

Would it be worthwhile doing a winter greenhouse grow with peppers in Southern Minnesota?

I have 6 20x60 that normally I have full doing year round strawberries for wholesale but I'm adding two more houses this month that I won't fill.

Cost wise it doesn't really matter, as the utilities are already worked into the cost of the other produce that's sold

But timewise with winter problems is it worth it? I'd be looking at doing primarily banana peppers, dragons breath and apocalypse scorpions based on what's wanted from the buyers.
