Need advice regarding divorce

I 28M need divorce from wife 30F. Been 4 years of marriage have a 2 year old daughter and 9 month old son. Problem started after son was born. Wife started being abusive both verbally and physically. She started abusing my father too. Making demands like property ownership and money. Threatening police case if I did not obey her. Currently we sleep in separate rooms but the abuse is constant and daily. Need advice. 1 doubt I have is that we stay in same house if I send notice then what will be the next course. Will she have to leave the house or not ?
