pain in the epigastrium after intake of codeine - is it possible that I damaged something inside of me? (f24)

A few days ago I impusively took some codeine which I had standing around at home.

I know that it’s something you shouldn’t do and the outcome is the result of my own actions.

About one hour after I drank it I did get a stark burning pain in the epigastrum. I couldn’t move and just had to wait until it stopped.

Later I got nausea and threw up a couple of times.

Now I took my medication - methylphenidate - and I am again feeling a light burning pain in the same spot.

Is it possible that I damaged some organ?

Also: I don’t know the dosage of the codeine.. it was an impulsive decision due to my bpd
