Less painful/tiring footjob positions?

In a new relationship and my gf has been exploring giving fjs. Usually she can't sustain it for very long because it gives her hip pain (her hips get sore easily in general). I'm sure it might get easier with time/experience but I've started thinking of positions that may be less stressful on her hips and wanted to ask here as well
