What my final teamcomp should be?

I've returned to playing GI after a break of two years. I'm slightly out of date and I think that my current Eula stats are mid to say the least. I have enough wishes + primogems saved up to, with some luck, get Eula to C1 and pull SoBP if they ever come back.
But my main question is not strictly about Eula but the team comp I should run. I was fortunate enough to pull Kokomi a few years back on a super low pity and I've been running Eula + Keqing + Kokomi + Mika. It's really good sustain and stress-free gameplay but the damage ceiling isn't great (I rarely get more than 200k on Eula burst).
When it comes to electro characters, I neither have Raiden nor Fische. Only Keqing and Beidou. I've been running Keqing (250% ER) because she gives me better timing control of applying SP than off-field Beidou (also I'm too lazy to level up Beidou).
When it comes to supports, I own Mika (C2), Rosaria (C1) and Bennet (C0). No Zhongli or Diona. Only Mika is leveled & geared up.
I'm just wondering what my course of action should be to make the most out of my Eula. What to wish for, who to build, what to improve. I'd appreciate any pointers.
