Gmail Password issues

I have a old Gmail account and i did not login for like a yr or so., today i tried to login to the same with correct password. It asks me to put in the code sent to my recovery email ID ( an yahoo mail ID) Now yahoo Mail login asks me to use code sent to my Gmail account.

I am like a shuttlecock between 2 mail ID's
