Definitive AI List?

Jumped from Samsung S25U to P10PXL. Camera is nice in low light. LOVE the included call screening features. My question is about some of the other AI features. Really like the Gemini "Help me edit" option. Will that stay or go when my Premium trial is up? Can't find a definitive list from Google, on what is/isn't Premium. Anyone have any info? TIA
