Need Help Scribing Wood Countertop

Anybody have any tutorial videos they can recommend for scribing a butcher block countertop inbetween 2 side walls and a back wall that are all uneven?

Better yet, does anyone have any recommendations for a professional who can provide this service in southeast Michigan ?
