Is it wrong to enjoy pokemon as it currently is?

I'm a pokemon fan, but even as such, I'm not a Nintendo defender. Whether it's about the graphic quality in the last few games or the Nintendo lawsuit against pocketpair, I'm not a supporter.

Yet, I guess there's a double standard here, as I still buy and play pokemon games that are definitely overpriced for what it's worth. If I had to give a reason, I'd say it's a mix of FOMO and simply because I can enjoy the game as is. Though, honestly, I just don't care that much about the graphics. I would wish for it to be better, but I don't really care that much.

Sure a buggy train wreck like SV at launch is a different thing. Yet, when it was fixed, I played through the entire game and it entertained me for over 2-3 years now.
