Buying a Lennar Home - looking for Lennar Inside Info

I’m in California and looking at a new build with Lennar. They’ve offered an unbeatable interest rate through their own lending and we are ready to pull the trigger. We had our sights set on a specific floor plan and are set to sign contracts this Wednesday, BUT I just saw the same floor plan is going to be released within the next week or two and it’s on a better lot (no neighbors in the rear). I spoke to the sales Rep I’ve been working with and she has said that she doesn’t know what it will be priced at (current house is a special rate) or if the interest rate they are offering will be available then. Obviously this is a big decision and I really would prefer not to have neighbors behind us considering how close the lots are. This is also our first home so I’m already nervous/excited.

Does anyone know how long special interest rates are typically ran through Lennar? This special is new (within the last week). Is it worth the gamble?
