Issues with AV600

I’ve got the AV600 set and both devices have all the lights on but the Wi-Fi coming out of the WPA4220 extender is intermittent and the Ethernet connection coming out of it never works despite my desktop acknowledging that it is connected to a network. Both the extender and the PA4010 have all of their lights on.
