Bad side effects after 2 days of zoloft

I took 25 mg of zoloft last Thursday and Friday. On Thursday (first day), my anxiety was through the roof with insomnia and Friday I began getting really nauseous, vomiting, with increased anxiety, as well as chills and sweats and insomnia. I stopped after 2 days, and today is technically starting the 4th day of being off the medication but not getting any better. Has anyone else had the same experience? I am unsure as to whether or not to go to urgent care or the ER.

Feels like i have the stomach flu that is not going away.
