Do you bring a gun on a bike ride?

Hi, I just started cycling. I’m in Chicago and noticed that drivers here are against cyclists. On one instance, a driver intentionally went on the bike lane to push me off for no reason.

For added safety, do you bring a gun on your bike rides?
