How to stop my ragdoll from meowing at night?

Hello! So as the title says, my 4 yo. ragdoll will not stop meowing at night. She will randomly start at around 1-4am and it can go on for like 20 minutes, and sometimes occurs multiple times a night.

I have resorted to cleaning out her litter box at around 8-9pm before I sleep, and sometimes I let her stay in my room until like 10pm when I sleep, but I have to keep her outside my room so she doesn't wake me up for no reason (lol). I try and play with her before I sleep as well, but she becomes disengaged quickly, or is lazy while playing (lays down instead of chasing etc).

We've had her for around 2.5 months now, and she seemed to have settled fine, but this issue has now come back so much worse, and my mother is very close to giving her back to the shelter. There is plenty of room in the house for her to wander, its just that I think she hates having the doors closed.

We don't keep them open since my parents work and I have to get up early for school etc, also she keeps licking us while we sleep (xd)
