Is fast charging with MagSafe/Pixel Snap possible?

Hey folks, first time Pixel user here with the 10 pro. Was very excited to use a (third party) MagSafe charger with this one but it seems like it doesn't fast charge, even though the charger said it's capable of it? I'm wondering if it's possible to have fast charge with MagSafe at all, or is it a Pixel issue? In addition, I tried my brother's wireless charging pad that DOES fast charge his Samsung phone, but for my Pixel it's not fast charging.

Wired fast charging is working fine. I'm using OnePlus' 25W warp charge brick if that matters.

Thanks in advance!
