Cheaper soundbar worth it?

Is it worth it to get a cheaper Bar for sound quality only? We only watch movies when our kids are sleeping so we can’t watch anything with higher volume. So the soundbar would only be used for kids shows and lower volume movies watching. Jbl bar 2.0 all in one mk2 goes for 99€ now. Also how does the arc thing work with ps5 and so that I can use the soundbar with my tv remote?

These may be silly questions but I really don’t know anything about this stuff 😅
