Get Rid of Car Odor (2018 Nissan Kicks)

Saturday I spilled some cheese sauce on the floor of my car behind the driver seat. I have cloth detailing. On Saturday I used awesome to get the stains out and paper towels to get rid of and I wiped off the car mat. Sunday it still smells. I was going to get a carpet cleaner machine but it was to expensive so I got the cleaner and brush. I scrubbed the floor and scrubbed my car mat more. My car still stinks. Does anyone have any advice for getting rid of odor in cloth?
