How do I deal with a bad adc on my team

I main jungle and I am around emerald to diamond elo but almost every match my adc is dog water I ignore their lane so I can help others but they always flame me becuse they died to enemy jungle but when I look at the replay I see them overextending mindlessly and them not using wards,so my question is how do I stop them from feeding the enemy jungle because everytime they feed the enemy jungle no matter what I try to do we lose and the adc thinks its my fault even though they are 0/9, so if you could give me suggestions that will be great
