Scout Rifle DPS

Hey, guys, I'm making a mask of fielty build, but I'm stumped on which exotic to use. Rending is one of my fragments, so I'm trying to see if I can get away with using a legendary scout that deals a butt ton of damage in one shot and having DB as my heavy, or using Third Iteration as my Exotic.

I have a Timeworn w/ High Ground, so could one of you test stacking Rending+HG+Radiant+Cauterized Darkness vs Third Iteration against a frozen enemy, and see which does more damage? I'm not available to play at the moment. Thanks
