I'm having a little trouble with colors

How the hell do I convince this bot to not start primarily using one color for the whole piece? I did some different things with Seras Victoria and it just started gradually turning almost entirely red, and now everything with any other character just chooses a color most associated with that character and makes the whole piece that. How do I reverse this?
