2018 Clubmam S Turbo Flutter?

So I picked up a 2018 Clubman S with the B46 motor. From everything I've been told, turbo flutter (or compressor surge) is not good for the turbo. After I put on the cold air intake and intake hard pipe, the turbo flutter noise obviously increased a lot. My question is, is this OK? Is the wastegate not doing it's job? I'm getting a tune and from my knowledge, the turbo pressure will more than double. I'm hoping this won't be an issue going forward and if so, I'm hoping there are aftermarket solutions for this? Can't seem to find any info on the matter. Thanks in advance!
