Confused on if I can wear a hoodie

I test this Friday and am confused regarding if I can carry a hoodie with me to the testing centre. Am I allowed to bring it inside with me and keep it on the chair in case I get cold? Also, if I have to keep it inside my locker, can I wear it during a break and then go back to the testing room?
