Will Quicken offer a discount on subscription after it expires?

Anybody know how long if/when they will offer me a discount to "come back"?

For the first time, I've let my sub expire. Mainly because I just can't pay the full price (Premiere) given how much less I've paid to renew previous years from NewEgg.
Also kinda fed up at the moment with all the issues with Fidelity accounts, which are several for me.
Just realized that they won't even let you manually import a QFX file without a sub. That's crazy.
