[Routine Help] Need help routine for combi-skin, acne prone, itchy cheek, for male

Im male (23), currently working in construction where dust and pollution everywhere. I also live in SE asia where its very hot and humid. My skin is combinatio skin with very oily in T-zone, and fairly dry (possibly dehidrated) in cheek area. Im also acne prone, typically in cheek, but i dont actually know where it came from. I suggest, bcoz im sweaty and it got infected by bacteria and causing itchiness then acne. Im also need help with big black heads, white heads, big pore, and uneven skin texture.

I need help to look for skin care routine and also brand or product recommendation especially for my itchy cheek, acne prone, and black-white head.

My current routine is AM:

• oxy deep wash (very stripping, and very dry) -skin aqua uv moisturizer SPF PM:
• oxy deep wash
• cosrx AHA- BHA daily toner (works great, but doesnt actually clean my pore)
• cetaphil moisturizing cream (gift from my wife)
