Guilt and Forgiveness

I am a horrible human being. I don’t expect my ex to forgive me how I went about things in our relationship, but I’ve been asking anyway. I hurt him badly, and he also did hurt me. We hurt each other, and there’s no excuse for it. Deeply struggling with a broken heart and guilt for all the things I could have done differently in our relationship. Asking prayer that the lord will come into our lives and heal us both, help us to treat each other differently this time around.
