MoveWell vs Vitality?
Hi all,
I'm bouncing around getting ready for MAX and can't decide which direction to go in. I'm trying to build up endurance & conditioning on top of strength work. I want an equal split between lower and upper body so I can move things around if necessary (I start my hockey season soon and don't like to do heavy leg days once I'm into full swing of the season). I see Vitality as a step up from MoveWell in terms of 'complexity' but I could easily fit in all 6 workouts for MoveWell with how short they are, so maybe that's a better option?
Vitality
- Don't love the split for MAX, seems like a lot of upper body work but the odds of me doing all 6 workouts are slim
- Perfect length workout for me
- Not a lot of reviews for long-term results, would love to hear from someone that has used this team for awhile
MoveWell
-
Concerned about the length, is it too short? I am not a beginner to lifting
-
LOVE the split coming up and the focus on conditioning 2x a week
Maybe I should just pay for the annual so I can mix and match LOL? Would love to hear from anyone who has done both or either and what results they've seen.
