created an Explorer with intention to advance to Night Lord and have a question about dex

I read guides before (a lot of them are outdated with SP builds of skills that aren't in the game anymore.

some guide mentioned putting about 25 point Dex MAX, and I did it, but now at level 98 I wear stuff that give me high boosts to AP and I have a lot more than 25 in Dexterity.

should I reset my AP? did I waste 19 points instead of putting it all into LUK ?
