Crowd in Metro concern

I will just begin travelling from bengal chemical station to esplanade and then esplanade to rabindra sadan. i was very concerned about crowds and will it be safe. Particularly will i get a seat at 9 in the morning on weekdays from bengal chem. I have a feeling i wont ever from esplanade to rabondra sadan but the main long journey is here to esplanade. tldr. How much crowd is there at 9 am on the green line route. will i get a seat
