The urge to kms is stronger than SH rn

Skipped SH for 1 day and I'm feeling worse. I'm really at the bottom rn and I was imagining to just hang myself jn, so I had to cut my arm again to suppress that urge for a while. But I feel like this isn't gonna be enough.
