Creative ideas for Pawpaws?

Went out for a run this morning and the trails smelled heavily of pawpaw, so I think I'm going to go back out tonight and gather! I can tell it will be an abundant harvest. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas they'd be willing to share? We make pawpaw bread every year, so looking for something NOT that :-D

My son loves Filipino banana sauce, so I was considering trying to follow this recipe https://youtu.be/OoYO7ZMSopo for banana sauce but using pawpaws instead. But looking for as many ideas as I can get, there seems like there might be a ton this year
