Just found out I've pregnant - oh em geeeeeee

I want to preface this by saying, I did not expect to get pregnant this quickly. I have PCOS and was told it was going to take me a while, I even posted on the PCOS subreddit last month about this and here I am...pregnant after my first month of trying...

Firstly - I'm still in denial. I was so mentally prepared that it was going to be difficult for me to conceive that I wasn't prepared for the opposite to happen.

Secondly - I WANT TO TELL EVERYONE but I am only 5 weeks pregnant. We told my in laws a couple of days ago and are planning to tell my parents this weekend coming but I am finding it difficult keeping it to myself. For those who are pregnant, how long did you wait to tell people?

Lastly - I'm so early on in my journey and I know pregnancy loss is common at this stage. So every time I go to the toilet, I'm expecting to see the worst. Does this feeling ever go away?
