Looking for a video I lost long ago

I remember a video of a creator on YouTube called "DeviantArt" (literally the channel's name). I think I watched it 2-3 years ago, and I can't find it anymore.

The video shows an eye tracker connected to a shocker. With a little bit of hardware, he has a setup where you can't take your eyes off the screen or you get electrocuted.

I would be really grateful if someone can help me find that video 🥲
