AIO for thinking he actually feels something?

When we first started hooking up, we made it really clear that it was only going to be casual. No strings, no feelings, just physical. I was fine with that because I didn’t want a relationship either.

But the way he acts during and after is throwing me off. When we’re together, he doesn’t just keep it casual. He’ll hold my face gently, kiss my forehead, and sometimes he even grabs my hand while we’re having sex. Afterwards, instead of just letting me leave, he’ll ask me to stay the night. He cuddles me to sleep and sometimes even makes breakfast in the morning.

It’s making me confused because those aren’t really “casual” things in my head. They feel a lot more intimate. I keep wondering if I’m reading too much into it, or if he actually does have feelings and just doesn’t want to admit it.

Am I overreacting for thinking there’s something deeper going on here, or is this normal behavior even when it’s supposed to be just hookups?
